Below is our itinerary, you have the choice to attend any of the following or just have some time to yourself. None of the following is mandatory. We hope to make this an enjoyable experience on the grounds of St. Francis of the Woods.
8:00 AM – Check In, Morning tea and conversation.
9:00 AM – Walk on the over a mile path through the woods of St Francis.
11:00 AM – Wild Herbs of Oklahoma. Broomweed workshop.
Noon – Potluck Lunch
1:00 PM – A tour through the library which holds many self sustainable and agricultural materials along with a wonderful collection of books on theology.
2:30 PM to 4:00PM Time to walk the grounds or Yoga with Mahina.
4:00 – 5:30 PM Oklahoma wild edibles, wine making workshop.
6:00 PM Potluck Dinner.
8:00 PM Sit around the fire for some good conversation.
Sept. 28th, 2014
9:00 AM – Oklahoma Wild Mushrooms.
10:30 AM – Inclusive liturgical Service in the chapel or free time.
11:30 AM – Lunch in your cabin
12:30 AM – Walk on the farm.
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM walk along the back roads.
3:00 to 3:30 – farewells.
Registration is $20.00
Nights lodging is $40.00
(You have the option of staying one or two nights starting on
the night of Sept. 26th and then the night of Sept. 27th.)
Yoga with Mahina suggested $10.00 fee.
We will have a potluck lunch on the 27th as well as a potluck dinner.
All other meals you provide. Each lodge has it’s own kitchen.
